Claims Procedures
If you are reporting a claim, you should not rely solely on e-mail or fax — contact our office at 508-987-0333 and speak with a customer service
representative. If you have been involved in a serious auto accident and we insure your auto, you should have our phone number with your insurance ID form, which should be left in
the vehicle at all times. Auto Accident Exchange your name, address, telephone number and insurance information with the driver of the other car(s) involved in the accident.
Promptly report the accident to the nearest police station and complete any necessary incident reports. Cooperate fully with the police, but do not make any admissions about your responsibility in the accident. (Do not admit that it was your fault, even if it was!) Report the claim to your insurance agent immediately. Do not sign any statements for anyone other than an authorized representative of your insurance company or agency — be sure to request identification. Property Loss
What We Will Do The insurance company will assign a claims adjuster to your account. The claims adjuster will contact you to set up an appointment to view the damaged property and process the loss. Our agency will work consistently with the insurance company and adjuster to resolve any questions and ensure that your claim is processed promptly and efficiently.
